41st Annual Spring Plant Sale

More than 7,400 shoppers attended the 2010 Spring Plant Sale, helping to raise more than $262,000 for educational programs at Birmingham Botanical Gardens! The annual sale is one of Birmingham's most anticipated events each spring, with more than 85,000 plants for sale. The 2010 sale was a huge success for The Gardens, in large part due to the hard work of our dedicated team of volunteers (click here to read a blog post about one of them).

Thanks to a partnership with Colonial Brookwood Village, we have been able to host our Spring Plant Sale at the former Bruno's on Lakeshore Parkway for the past five years; 2010 was the last year the sale will be held there -- stay tuned for news on a new, exciting location in the coming months!
