Native Alabamian DeJuan Stroud is a well-known flower arranging luminary who inherited his love of gardening from his parents and grandmother. Born in Andalusia, Stroud now calls New York City home. Although he got his start as a stockbroker in New Orleans, and later on Wall Street, Stroud gained floral design experience in the 80s and 90s by assisting friends and charities on events like from parties to weddings. DeJuan eventually pursued his passion for plants, leaving Wall Street to open his own event design firm, DeJuan Stroud, Inc. in Tribeca. |
